Condition: Missing the rubber eyepiece, the lens image is very crisp, range markings on the reticle. Marks of ordinary use; the formerly white armored box and tube are repainted a deck gray, with overspray on the paper label. Coil spring is disconnected from its post. Crank handle cover is missing [the 3.5"L handle will be shipped dismounted].

The formerly white armored box and tube are repainted a deck gray, with overspray on the paper label,

As if to emphasize that message, the coil spring is disconnected from its post. Under a spring load,
Crank handle moves thru 90deg in its action. Grip is missing–
[the 3.5″L handle will be shipped dismounted].
The “coupling” refers to the Periscope assembly for the M113A1 APC, likely for the T50(Aust) Turret:

M113 APC
